Step One: Send an email message to Adoptees-request@listserv.icors.org with the following information:
Your name, age and state or country where you live
The reason you'd like to join
The email address you like to use to recieve list mail.
Step Two: Wait for the listowner's message back to you or the welcome message from the list.
Step Three: Read the Welcome Message a few times to familiarize yourself with how the list works.
